Dessert: Fool Proof Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
· 3 (6-ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups)
· 1 (14-ounce) Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
· Dash salt
· ½ to 1 cup chopped nuts
· 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extracts
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
2. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla
3. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8- or 9- inch square pan,.
4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
