Side: Zwiebelkuchen (Onion Pie)

Zwiebelkuchen is one of those delicious sins. Last time we visited the Oktoberfest in Munich, we ordered it with our friends at every location we could get it. The best was after an afternoon of site-seeing and then stopping in a beer garden for a good Weiss beer and zwiebelkuchen. This recipe is the closest I have been able to come to the real thing. So enjoy!
