Shipping Policies and Information

• Casque Wines can ship wines to the following states: AK, CA, FL, ND, NH, NV, OR, and WY. There are quantity restrictions in several states.  If you live in a state not listed, one of our major retailers, Carpe Vino, also sells our wines on-line and can ship to many more states.  www.CarpeVinoAuburn.com.  
• Florida has 5 dry counties where we are not allowed to ship: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee, and Washington.
• Shipments go out Mondays thru Wednesday to ensure the quality of your wine, avoiding the possibility that wine might sit in extreme temperatures in warehouses through weekends during transit. If your order requires faster shipping or special shipping arrangements, please call us at (916) 660-9671.
• During extreme weather conditions, your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat or cold damage.
• Since an adult signature is required for delivery, consider shipping to a work or business address.
• Standard shipments are usually shipped via UPS, or handled by various carriers based on state availability and best shipping value.
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the US.
