Slow to open, but very expressive with layers of plum, berry, spice and espresso. Full-bodied and firm. Plum and berry notes carry through to the long finish.

Destemmed and then cold soaked in 3 and 6 ton fermentation tanks. The must had a combination of pump overs and punch downs during fermentation. Each lot sat on the skins for 14-31 days.
